HOW IT WORKS

How's My Driving? provides tamper proof vehicle signs and customised licence plate casings that are displayed on the rear of your vehicle(s). Each sign reads "How's My Driving?" and displays our low-cost telephone number and a 4-digit ID code that is unique to the vehicle.

On observing a vehicle displaying a How's My Driving? sign being driven unsafely, recklessly or discourteously, a concerned road user can call the How's My Driving? 24-hour call centre, talk directly to a live operator and give details relating to the incident.

YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO DEAL WITH OR WORRY ABOUT
CRANK OR HOAX CALLS

All callers to How's my Driving must give their name and phone number before a call is validated and they must follow this up by systematically answering a series of questions.
The How's My Driving? Operator captures all the relevant details in relation to each incident which is then forwarded to you within minutes via e-mail or fax in the form of an Incident Report Form.
Each incident report form is accompanied by a Corrective Action Report.
A Corrective Action Report should be completed in relation to all reports and returned to our office.

INCIDENT REPORTS HIGHLIGHT ISSUES SUCH AS:

Dangerous driving
Use of handheld mobile phones
Poor vehicle condition
Breaking traffic lights
Speeding
Failure to use indicators; wrong lane at roundabout; pulling out in front of oncoming vehicles, etc.
Illegal or inconsiderate parking
